Nowadays, ventilation systems are almost exclusively made of metal spiral ducts, which are produced on HAFLEX duct winding machines from wide, precisely pre-formed metal strips. Using various tools, you can produce spiral ducts in nominal diameters (NW) 63–650 mm on the HAFLEX duct winding machine.n.
Ducts produced in this way meet the highest quality standards. They are airtight and have very low air resistance. Connections and joints with spiral mouldings or other components can be achieved with a simple plug-in connection.
Spiral ducts are manufactured as standard from flat strip material made of galvanised sheet steel. Special versions made of painted galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel can also be ordered. Other strip materials are available on request.
